Founded in 2025, M.C.R. Security is a locally owned and operated security company proudly serving Kamloops with integrity, professionalism, and dedication.

Founder and CEO Valerio Sirica began his security career in 2021, building extensive experience across a wide range of environments. Over the years, he has worked as a Loss Prevention Specialist and Mobile Security Officer for multiple companies, gaining frontline experience in retail security, warehouse monitoring, and rapid response services.

His background includes providing security at hockey games and major local events, transit line security, BC Hydro sites, hospital facilities, shopping malls, street patrols, overnight construction equipment watch, and warehouse CCTV monitoring stations. He has also conducted emergency response services when incidents required immediate action. These diverse roles strengthened his skills in conflict management, situational awareness, risk prevention, and public safety.

Valerio holds a valid Security Worker Licence and has successfully completed BST (Basic Security Training), along with certifications in Management of Aggressive Behavior (M.O.A.B.) and First Aid. His training, combined with years of hands-on experience in high-risk settings and mental health facilities, allows him to lead with professionalism, sound judgment, and calm authority in demanding situations.

Each step in his career has been part of a disciplined journey toward leadership — rising through experience while remaining grounded in humility and service. With a strong commitment to helping the community, Valerio established M.C.R. Security to expand his ability to protect, support, and serve Kamloops through a trusted private security company built on accountability and care.
